1. THE PROMOTER
(1) The promoter is: Holmestead Saddlery NI Ltd a company incorporated and registered in Northern Ireland with company number NI608070 whose registered office is at 72 Clanmaghery Road, Tyrella, Downpatrick, Co. Down, BT30 8SU.
2. THE COMPETITION
2.1 The title of the competition is the chance to win the prize as stated.
2.2 The Competition is for a chance to win the prize defined in clause 5.1. Entrants may enter the competition between the Opening and Closing Date. All correct entries will be entered into the completion and given a number, on the Draw Date a winner will be chosen, at random, using a random number generator.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Competitions will run from (the “Opening Date”). Closing date to be confirmed and announced.
3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter using the entry system at www.holmesteadcompetitions.com (“the Website”) or at the address set out at condition 1 by no later than 12:00 on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the competition entrants must use their knowledge and skill to correctly answer the questions displayed on the Website, pay the relevant entry fee and submit their name and contact details in the online entry form.
3.4 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
3.5 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.8 You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:
(a) send your entry by first class post on a non enclosed postcard to the Promoter at the following address: Holmestead Saddlery Competitions, Clanmaghery Road, Downpatrick BT30 8SU, Co. Down, Northern Ireland.
(b) include with your entry the following information:
(i) The competition you wish to enter;
(ii) Your full name and postal address;
(iii) Telephone number and email address; and
(iv) your answer to the Competition Question.
(c) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
(d) you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
(e) by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
(f) your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw;
(g) the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct;
(h) if the number of paid entries reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.
(i) any hand delivered entries will not be processed.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the UK & Ireland aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize or any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
(b) incomplete.
4.4 Where stated, competition entries per person may be limited.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
4.6 Competition entries cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
4.7 No purchase necessary.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1 The prize is as described in the title and one is available to be won.
5.2 The prize is supplied by Holmestead Saddlery (the “Supplier”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.3 Prizes are subject to availability.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash alternative to the value of 70% of the entry fees received at the Closing Date if less than the required numbers of entries are received. The Promotor is entitled to keep 30% of the total entry fees at the Closing Date in these circumstances.
5.5 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
5.6 The Promoter gives no warranty or guarantee in relation to the prize and cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
6. WINNERS
6.1 The winner of the competition will be selected at random using a random number generator, within 7 days from the Closing Date (“Draw Date”).
6.2 The Promotors decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the competition following determination of the winner as described above.
6.3 There will only be one winner of the competition, unless otherwise stated.
6.4 The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
6.5 The winner of the competition will be announced on Holmestead Saddlery’s Facebook page and Website following the Draw Date using the winners surname and county. If you wish to object to such publication, or require less information to be published you must object in writing via e-mail at [support@holmesteadcompetitions.com ] before the Closing Date.
6.6 The prize will be the responsibility of the winner from the Draw Date and the Promotor does not accept any liability for loss or damage from this date.
7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
7.1 Unless stated otherwise, if you are the winner of the prize, you will have 30 days from the Draw Date to claim the prize by arranging collection or delivery of the prize with the Supplier at your own expense. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid and may be returned to the Promotor.
7.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 60 of days of the Draw Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date, using the random number generator method.
7.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. OWNERSHIP OF COMPETITION ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
9.1 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
9.2 By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
(a) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
(b) waive all moral rights,
in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
9.3 The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
9.4 You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its Website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
10. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
9.1 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the PRIVACY POLICY
11. GENERAL
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be immediately published on the competition page on the Website.
11.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by UK law.
